Payment and Shipping

Given the handmade nature of our products, product delivery will vary.

Generally, orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment.



Delivery confirmation/tracking is included in shipping price. We offer free ground shipping for orders over $100. If you would like a signature confirmation, expedited shipping, or additional services, you may purchase them.

We are not responsible for delays in shipment from the carriers. 


Returns & Exchanges

All accessory sales are final. We encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team at

Exchanges are made only on defective or damaged products, of which we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery receipt in order to process exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, please return unused items in original packaging. Upon approval of your exchange, we will provide a return shipping address.

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: gift cards, custom orders, sale items and hats. Please select best options or call us prior to checkout with any questions.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange, less shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
