    How Do I Place a Custom Order?

    Payment and Shipping
    Given the handmade nature of our products, product delivery will vary.
    Hats ship out within 1-2 days. 
    Generally, orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment.
    After processing, Items may take up to 10 business days (Mon-Fri) to ship out.
    Custom requests may incur additional time.
    Delivery confirmation is included in shipping price.
    Please use the tracking number provided to you to keep up to date with your package.
    USPS time frame for delivery in NYC or NY is approximately 2 business days,
    but we DO NOT guarantee 2 day delivery.
    USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 4 days,
    but we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 5-7 days.  
    ​Returns & Exchanges

    All of our products are handmade with love and we do not currently offer refunds. Exchanges are made only on defective or damaged products, of which we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery receipt in order to process exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon approval of your exchange, we will provide a return shipping address.

     Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: gift cards, custom orders, sale items and hats. Please select best options or call us prior to checkout with any questions.

     Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account., less shipping costs.

    Sale Items

    Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange, less shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    Shipping Costs

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item, unless item was damaged/defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
