How Do I Place a Custom Order?

drop downs to ensure you!

Please indicate what desired item and time frame and we will try our best to accomodate you!
Payment and Shipping
Given the handmade nature of our products, product delivery will vary.
Generally, headband orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment. Custom requests may incur additional time.
Hat orders are processed within 2-3 business days, depending on availability.
Delivery confirmation/tracking is included in shipping price.
Please use the tracking number provided
to you to keep up to date with your package.
USPS for First-Class delivery in NYC is approximately 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority delivery to tai-state is approximately 1-3 business days.
UPS Ground is 1 Day to the tri-state area. Please see map here.

Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are handmade with love and we do not currently offer refunds. Exchanges are made only on defective or damaged products, of which we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery receipt in order to process exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, please return unused items in original packaging. Upon approval of your exchange, we will provide a return shipping address.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: gift cards, custom orders, sale items and hats. Please select best options or call us prior to checkout with any questions.
All sale and discounted items are final sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange, less shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
